See what was proposed, when it appeared in a city report and which original documents are available. Development records include dated plat applications, replats, variances and selected original drawings.
From an application to the original drawing
Application records retain their report date, worksheet and row. Where the city publishes an available PDF link, the atlas can open the original drawing, including image-only pages. Zoom, rotate and return to the source record while keeping the evidence in view.
A proposal is not an approval
An application’s appearance in an activity report does not establish approval, construction or completion. Planning Commission minutes can provide additional context, but a shared project name is only a research lead until the relevant action and identifiers support the connection.
Available evidence and coverage
Counts describe stored source records, which may include repeated report appearances or document pages. They are not counts of unique projects, businesses or incidents.

Coverage and limitations
- Proposed plats, replats, variances and special exceptions for consideration; appearance is not approval, construction or completion.
- The same application can appear in several reports. Counts of appearances are not counts of distinct projects.
- Archive labels can differ from dates inside a report. Both are retained; date filters match any declared event date.
- Applicant and developer labels are source statements, not verified beneficial ownership or a complete holdings inventory.
- No inferred coordinates. Tax-account numbers stored imprecisely by the source are not repaired or joined.
- Unsupported document formats and archives outside configured years are not extracted. Word tables are paired only when row positions and repeated titles agree. Phone fields are omitted.

- Original drawings may be drafts, unsigned or superseded. A report link does not establish executed approval, current ownership, personal identity or payment.
- Activity-report dates are parent-reference dates. No drawing date is inferred from filenames, report dates or retrieval time.
- Image-only pages remain visible in the original PDF; no OCR or inferred names are substituted for missing text.
- Links outside the newest-report batch are not fetched on this run. Previously acquired drawings remain readable with their original retrieval dates; this does not mean the live publisher removed them.
- Malformed or unsupported publisher URLs and failed downloads remain explicit. No alternate URLs are guessed or access restrictions bypassed.

- A name or project-title mention is a search lead, not a verified identity or an application-number join. Item numbers are local to a meeting and are not global application IDs.
- A motion, second, attendance list or unanimous vote does not establish every member’s individual vote on every item.
- Missing or unreadable PDFs retain earlier successful pages when available and their original retrieval dates.
